Yards And Gardens - Undeniable Selling Tools

Monday, March 24th, 2008

Imagine, if you will; two identical homes for sale beside each other. One home has unkempt lawns, overgrown shrubbery and hedges, weedy gardens and so forth. The other home has well groomed lawns, trimmed shrubs and beautiful organized and colorful gardens. Which would you buy? The choice is pretty easy. This is why any Realtor or agent you ask will tell you that yards and gardens are an integral part of a home sale and will serve as a first impression on buyers, a first impression that a seller cannot afford to waste.

When getting a home ready for sale there are so many things to do so it’s best if you set aside time especially for the home’s exterior. Of course there is the option of hiring someone to do the work for you but landscapers are pretty expensive these days and it is really nothing you cannot do yourself, right? You should also consider the condition of the exterior of the home itself. If it needs a coat of paint or a cleaning to bring it up to par then by all means do so, then turn your attention to the lawns and gardens. Lawns can get out of control fairly easily. It does not take too long for weeds and whatnot to take hold of the lawn and then you are fighting an uphill battle to keep the crabgrass and dandelions at bay. Keeping the shrubs and hedges (if any) trimmed and neat adds a real note of symmetry to a yard and definitely makes a yard more presentable.

One major thing is that individually these elements are great but in order to present a home properly they all need to be considered together. How do these things work together to create the ideal curb appeal for a home? You must try to think ahead and plan in your own mind how things will look when the home is ready to show. Anything you miss is likely to be the first thing that buyers notice so always get a few opinions on what could use changing or fixing from neighbors and/or your agent. Take the time to create a truly unique first impression for buyers and the sale will definitely profit from the effort.

Mercury’s Retrograde Brings Back the Past - Oct 28 thru Nov 17

Sunday, March 23rd, 2008

On October 28, Mercury will begin another retrograde. Mercury goes reverse more than any other planet, about 3 or 4 times a year. When a planet is in retrograde it appears to be moving backwards across the sky. Planets don’t actually change the direction of their orbits. They just appear that way, because the Earth is not the center of the solar system, but the Earth is the center of the zodiac

Retrograde station is the point where the planet changes directions, so it appears to be holding still in the sky. A few days prior and a few days after October 28, while Mercury is at retrograde station, things may be a bit difficult. Mercury is the ruler of the mind and communication, and he also governs travel. Some of us, especially Gemini’s and Virgo’s, will find that our minds just are not functioning as they usually do. We may forget things or feel confused. Conversations and correspondence could be misunderstood. Internet communications may not connect including Internet banking. Be sure to back up your computer files, because Mercury can cause your computer to crash. This is also not a good time to have “that talk” with a loved one.

After Mercury gets turned around and moving in his backward motion, from October 28 through November 17, it will be a time for exploring the past. It may be a good time to go back and look over past contracts and correspondence. It will be a great time for any kind of homecomings. I like to go ghost hunting during Mercury’s retrograde. The division between us and those past over becomes more translucent at this time.

A few days prior and a few days after November 17 will be the most difficult period of this transit. Usually the retrograde is most powerful when the planet is in the process of changing to a forward direction, direct station. Try to avoid signing any contracts for these few days, and do not make any life changing decisions at this time. There could be delays and detours with travel, so be prepared, and again be sure computer files are backed-up. There could be communication misunderstandings so pay attention to detail when relaying messages, and be ready to send another in case the first gets lost.

Mercury’s retrograde will be from 25 degrees through 9 degrees Scorpio. Check your natal chart to see which houses Mercury will be affecting for you, and to see if he may be aspecting any of your natal planets. Where this aspect lands in your houses determine what areas of your life that will be affected.

What Is The Optimum Time To Go On A Diet?

Sunday, March 23rd, 2008

Dropping a dress size, much like a big night out, tends to be one of those things we like to don’t rush. For ages we are saying that we are going to reduce your waist. Perhaps you gulp down your final chunk of chocolate cake and you count down to the time you will begin your weight loss.

You have to focus yourself so you can beat the pain heading in your direction. Commitment is what is required and you will be requiring all the assistance you can in order to drop a few pounds.

Eventually the big day arrives - you begin your exercise plan - yet almost immediately you’ve had enough again. All that planning for so little an increase in fitness.

What gives?

The solution , you might have guessed, is that a certain something got your attention. Something you see as being more important than your health. Maybe it was a meal out or a school reunion and it’s as though you never started.

Lots of individuals will try to time the beginning of an exercise program to get around situations where temptations such as this could arise. People aim to begin an diet regime in conjunction with a relation or over a vacation period to try and make it easier for them. The evidence would suggest it’s a great idea, for most people it’s a long way from the truth.

The reason for this is an easy one - you may behave yourself for a while but when one of the multitude of hurdles you face each day crops up, you’re not prepared to deal with it and so we use it an an excuse to go back to eating junk and quitting running (or both).

Far more use on day one of your diet to have a slight set back, and then to keep fighting. These ocassional set backs will surely help to get you ready and get you used to coping with the crap you will experience and means you can make it through the winter an even more focused dieter.

Relish the hiccups as a challenge. Feel the pride of each one you beat and you will grow ever more of a winner. All of a sudden you’ll find hiccups have become positive things not things to be fearful of.

And here’s a further surprising point to making a success of weight loss - and one that I have only just experienced for myself by mistake.

Consider how many diets or exercise programs have you started and stopped during your life? How many times have you given up? When you gave up, besides feeling a tiny bit depressed for a while what happened? Not very much. Your hunsband or wife didn’t start ignoring you. You company didn’t close down. The sun still rose the next day.

In other words you’re used to quitting, and you’re aware that nothing nasty will happen .

But what if it did happen? Consider if failure couldn’t happen? Let’s say that a doctor said to you that you had to lose 50lb in the next 9 months or you’ll die? Or that your spouse says they won’t tie the knot unless you lose that weight?

If you consider the situation in that light, it soon gets wonderfully easy to stick to your diet.

My goal has been to lose weight, then once I’ve lost the weight to find a spouse. Now I find that half way to the finale of my diet I have come into contact with a beautiful lady plus I am finding it reasonably simple to stay disciplined on my diet because I want to make them respect what I’m doing.

What exactly could you put in place to make certain winning is the only option for you? Could you plan a photo shoot? Or else tell everyone what you’re doing.

Whatever is needed to almost totally eliminate the chance of you giving up. Take action on it. It’ll be the best gift you’ve ever given yourself.

How to Cure Diverticulosis

Saturday, March 22nd, 2008

Diverticula are saccular herniations that protrude through the wall of the colon. These “bowel pockets” are almost always asymptomatic (you can’t feel them). They are caused by a sluggish, constipated bowel. These pockets fill with old fecal material which can be reabsorbed back into the bloodstream. This can effect the entire body causing all types of toxic reactions.

The Merck Manual, the medical industry’s standard for the diagnosis and treatment of disease, tells us that colon degeneration is on the rise. The incidence of diverticulosis has increased dramatically over the last 40 years. It states, that in 1950, only 10% of adults over the age of 45 had this disease, in1955 15%, in 1972 30%, and in 1987 almost 50%. The latest edition states that the incidence “increases rapidly” over age 40 and that “every person will have many” if they live long enough, meaning every American adult will have herniation of the large intestine.

Symptoms

Can be asymptomatic… You may feel cramping, bloating, tenderness on the left side of the abdomen, constipation or diarrhea, nausea, and an almost continual need to eliminate.

Recommendations

  • Herbal colon formulas may be helpful in cleansing the intestinal tract, reducing inflammation and keeping the colon healthy. If interested, take a look at some very high quality herbal colon cleansing formulas.
  • Organic Aloe Vera Juice is beneficial because it softens stools and has a healing effect on the digestive tract; drink a half a cup three times daily.
  • Flax Seed Oil contains omega 3 essential fatty acids which are necessary for the repair of the digestive tract.
  • Drink plenty of distilled water and fresh juices.
  • Eat a diet consisting mainly of fresh fruits and vegetables, such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, celery, garlic, kale, spinach and turnips. High fiber diets have been reported to be of definite benefit for those with bowel disorders. J. McDougall, M.D, “The McDougall Plan,” (1983): pp 49-50

Things to Avoid:

Eliminate fatty, low-fiber foods: dairy foods, fish, meat, chicken, turkey, yeast products, alcohol, caffeine, soda, eggs, fried and greasy foods, margarine, tobacco, white flour, and all other processed foods and animal derived products from your diet.

7 Tips For Moving Day

Friday, March 21st, 2008

Moving Day can involve so many emotions - excitement, elation versus nerves, panic and sadness. Here are some tips to lower the stress levels on moving day.

1. Have your mobile phone charged up! There you are waiting for the call from your solicitor to tell the money has been transferred, you can pick up the keys and you then realise your mobile phone isn’t working. Or worse still, the money has not been transferred and there is a problem. Make sure that you can be contactable throughout the day.

2. Pack, pack, pack. Don’t leave it too late. Especially if you’ve lived in your house for a long time. As you sit down to pack you may be tempted to sort, sort, sort which might end up to reminising over the family photo album. Of course that’s all very nice, but with so much packing to do, it’s the wrong time. Alternatively have the packing all done for you.

3. Be ready for the removal men. The beds need to be dismantled if appropriate, the cushions need to be bagged up, not left on the sofa. Mirrors and pictures need to be protected. The removal men may add extra protection to some items, but not all. Again consider having the packing all done for you - it costs more but it’s easier and good for stress levels.

4. Keep your most precious items packed in your own bag and take them with you as hand luggage - they may get lost or broken in the packing and removal process. Though it is unlikely it is possible and why risk it?

5. Don’t pack the hoover and basic cleaning equipment. When the removal men have gone you may need to give the house a quick hoover and wipe over ready for the new occupants. Moving in to a dirty house is grim. Hopefully the occupants of your new house will have done the decent thing. Again, you could have this done for you as part of a packing and removal package.

6. Be sure you have everything you need to have your favourite refreshments handy: be it beer, tea,(mugs and milk too), biscuits ready (and a tea towel). You might just need a cuppa after the removal men have left and your home is an empty nest. And when you arrive at your new house you’ll know where the kettle is amongst the boxes.

7. At the end of the day, enjoy your favourite take away and a bottle of champers on top of the boxes in your new home. On second thoughts, splash out at your new local restaurant instead. You’ve made it.

All About Forex — What You Need To Know

Friday, March 21st, 2008

In order to succeed successfully in forex trading you need to know what the purpose of trading forex is. Forex trading as you know is the trading of online currency and the key to success is to buy low and sell high just as with any other market. You task as a forex trader is to try to determine the trend of the particular currency you are looking to either buy or sell and to utilise the forex trading strategies to ensure that a profit is made.

Now that you know the purpose of forex trading the next step in knowing all about forex is to understand the codes, definitions and numbers used when trading. All currencies used in forex trading are assigned a three letter code. An example of this is the US dollar which is USD or the Euro EUR. Online currency trading is done in combinations that are known as a cross and these are represented by 6 letter words with the more expensive currency coming first. An example of this is GBPUSD which will show you how many US Dollar you will need to pay for one British pound. These rates are shown as five digit numbers for example GPBUSD = 1.6262 which means that 1 British pound is worth 1.6262 US dollars. When the rate changes the change will be displayed in bold, eg GPBUSD = 1.6264 which will mean that the rate has moved by 2 points. Knowing this is the key to successful forex trading and your key to profit.

When you enter the forex trading market you will enter as a buyer or a seller of a particular currency. If you are a seller you price is known as the ASK price and the buyers price is known as the BID. You can only buy currency from a seller with an asking price the same as the BID price.

These are the main beginner’s points to note when it comes to forex trading and knowing what the purpose of trading forex is and knowing all about forex before you enter into the market can make a big difference when it comes to your profits.

Get Rid Of Unwanted Hair Your Own Way

Friday, March 21st, 2008

Unwanted hair on the face or on the body affects a huge number of women. Some women are likely to develop hair growth where they don’t want it usually during the onset of their puberty period. Unwanted hairs are usually specific traits that are inherited, through families or races.

I. Ways To Get Rid Of Hair:

1. Shaving

This is done either through electric razors or a disposable razor held by hand, that can give about three dozen of smooth shaves. Applying a shaving cream on wet skin will be helpful in achieving a smooth appearance. While this method is very fast, easy and painless, the results are brief; usually will last 2 - 3 days. New hair growth can be bristly giving you rough and even legs that are painful to the touch. Avoid razor burns:

- Always shave with a new blade.

- Shave thoroughly, applying as little pressure as possible, paying special attention to the curves.

- Wash off shaving cream with cold water.

- Apply an aftershave.

- Pat with a towel to dry the area well.

- Smooth on lotion to skin.

2. Waxing:

Waxing is a method of epilation, meaning the hair is plucked from beneath the surface of the skin. The results of waxing can lasts long for several weeks. Waxing involves two techniques, warm and cold waxing. Both can be easily done at home with the use of waxing kits. Warm waxing is usually performed in a salon and more effective compared to cold waxing. Pain is dependent to each individual’s threshold. Hand pressure is applied so discomfort can be minimized. The waxed area will remain red for a few hours.

- In a warmer, wax is heated until it melts.

- Using a spatula, the warmed wax is then applied to the skin.

- A paper or cloth strip is positioned over the wax until cooled.

- The cooled wax becomes slightly hard and the strip is pulled to the direction opposite the hair growth.

3. Depilatory Creams:

These creams work by dissolving the hair on the surface of the skin, which normally takes ten to fifteen minutes. It is applied to the skin and leaving it for a few minutes then washed off using a towel or a sponge. With this method, hair can grow back as fast as shaving and some depilatory creams have unpleasant odors. Chemical depilatories are mainly used for the under arms, arms and legs. Using it on the face will cause irritations unless it is stated in the label that it is safe for the face. Thin hairs are damaged faster than thick ones; therefore these creams may be not effective on certain areas of the body and in some individuals. When applying the cream for the first time, test it first by rubbing a small amount onto an area of the skin. Wait for a few minutes and see if it causes a reaction on your skin. If it does, do not use it. Read and follow the instructions carefully, the manufacture has provided instructions for safety. Do not leave the cream on your skin longer than what the label says for it could irritate your skin.

4. Electrolysis

This method is done by destroying the roots of the hair with an electric current, thereby loosening the hair follicles, and removing it with tweezers. This is a simple process where a very thin needle that is electrically charged is inserted into the hair follicle, where the hair is coming out. The follicle is then zapped with electricity and destroyed.

5. Laser

Hair must be in a growing stage during this treatment, reason why laser is done on a few sessions. All follicles are always not on the same phase and all not at the same time and each stage or phase of hair growth can last from two to six months. Growth, regression and resting are the stages of hair growth. This method disables the ability of the follicle to make more hair. The stage growth and hair darkness will determine how many sessions is required to get rid of all unwanted hairs. Once the session is finished though, one could go on for life without unwanted hairs.

Free Jewelry is a Real Thing - Jewelry Home Show Hostess Success Tips

Thursday, March 20th, 2008

The jewelry sales representative will make it sound easy to do, and hosting a jewelry home show can be simple, but if you want to maximize sales, and therefore, the amount of free jewelry you can earn from the show, then you will find the following checklist helpful.

SELECTING A DATE AND TIME

The date and time of your jewelry party can help increase sales. A month or even two months before graduation, Christmas, or any gift-giving holiday can catch your guests already in the mood to shop. Booking a show well-timed for winter holidays can be tricky, however. I attended a jewelry show in early October, and all available booking times for holiday delivery were already taken, so plan early if you want the extra boost of Christmas and Holiday jewelry sales. If you are lucky enough to be at a poolside party in July, don’t delay, book your November or December show then!

The day of week and time are to be considered also. During football season, a Sunday afternoon party may be very good timing, with many women wanting to escape their armchair athlete men-folk for a couple of hours. Super Bowl Sunday might be an exception to this example. Saturday is often “errand day” for working women, so late in the afternoon, around cocktail hour could be auspicious timing. A 3:00 or 4:00 p.m. party can be the last stop before going home to prepare for the evening. Saturday evening can also be an enjoyable time to host a party, depending upon the mix of guests you plan to invite. If your invitees are available during the weekday, morning jewelry home shows can be a welcome break from routine.

Generally the duration of a party is two hours. Your friends may want to stay until late hours; however, the sales associate will want to pack up and go home after a couple of hours, and generally speaking, two hours is plenty of time for everyone to browse, try on the jewelry samples, and place their orders.

DEFINE YOUR ROLE AS HOSTESS

Once you have booked your home show jewelry party, take a few minutes for yourself and define your role. Some sales representatives will supply you with invitations, postcards, and a guideline on how you can prepare for your show. When invitations are supplied, the hostess is expected to address and mail her invitations. At a recent Silpada jewelry party, the sales representative stated that she only needed the guest list and addresses, and she would address and mail the invitations. This is less work and much more convenient for the hostess, and the representative can build her mailing list at the same time. You will be encouraged to promote your upcoming party. Do what you are comfortable doing. Not everyone is P.T. Barnum.

BUILD AN INVITATION LIST

The invitation list needs careful thought, especially with something like jewelry, which for most people is a luxury, not a necessity. Even though there is no obligation to buy, once a guest arrives and starts to look, the expectation of an order will grow, and not all jewelry shows offer the token item, affordable to all.

If you know of someone who is looking for a source of income, and they seem suitable for sales, then they might want to attend to learn more about joining the company as a sales associate. This can benefit the hostess because many companies will reward the hostess with extra products or credits if someone signs on as a result of their show.

Draw names from many places in your social network, including co-workers, church friends, fellow teaches, book group associates, neighbors, family members, quilting circle friends, PTA or day care parents, and the like. A mix of people adds interest for everyone. Expect about 30 percent of your guest list to attend your party, so encourage your invitees to bring a friend. It is also a good idea to offer catalogs for outside orders. The sales associate should supply you with as many jewelry catalogs and order forms as you need.

PREPARING YOUR HOME FOR THE SHOW AND FOOD TIPS

Generally the RSVP date on a jewelry home show is 2-3 days before the event. This will give the hostess some time to clean house, shop, and prepare food and beverages. In planning what to serve, the following guidelines may be helpful. Keep the food easy to eat in one or two bites. Don’t serve food that requires a fork and plate. If both hands are busy, the guests cannot be trying on jewelry and actively looking at the display. Let your guests pop a bitesize brownie, cookie or carrot stick with dip and keep shopping!

Don’t offer gooey foods, people will also be handling the jewelry, and you won’t want them to gum it up with buffalo sauce or sticky glazes.

Try a new recipe - if it’s a hit, then you will get to hear the praise and it will help with conversation. If the recipe is a flop, you will have leftovers to feed to the dog.

If it is appropriate for you to do so, offer wine, a spiked punch, or cocktails such as Mimosas, Cosmopolitans, or Peach Bellinis. Mulled cider with rum would be a welcome beverage on a winter’s evening. Offering these as well as coffee, tea and soft drinks will help your guests relax in what could be a stressful situation. It also adds a festival atmosphere. It is a good idea to limit availability of alcoholic beverages.

DISPLAY LOCATION

When you are deciding where to have the jewelry displayed in your home, consider that food, as usual, will draw your guests. If you have an open kitchen/family room area, having the food in proximity to the jewelry display is simple. If you living room is the most suitable for the jewelry presentation, then set out your food in that room, using end tables and your coffee table for food and drinks, and set up a folding table for the jewelry. You could work it the other way, and centralize the food, while spreading the jewelry around the room, but that could invite theft and presents a logistics challenge for the sales associate. The main thing is to keep the traffic flow moving to and from the food and jewelry to keep your guests on their feet and active, and less inclined to find a corner for a long catch-up chat.

LIGHTING

Adequate lighting is very important to jewelry sales. Make sure there is plenty of light to show the details, colors and gems of the jewelry on display, and allow the guests to clearly see themselves when they try on the jewelry samples. The next time you are shopping in a department store, boutique, gallery, or museum store, take note of the lighting, as it can provide a good model for your party.

MIRRORS

Mirrors are a welcome tool at a jewelry show. Chances are the sales associate knows this and will have a stand mirror on the display table; however it is smart to have another one nearby or make sure you welcome your guests to use your bathroom or hall mirror. Mirrors help sell jewelry, so be sure to let the shoppers see how pretty they are wearing a necklace or pair of earrings.

PLACING ORDERS

When it comes to placing orders, your guests and the sales associate will need privacy, so set up a space in a separate room or in a far corner where there is a table or counter top and a couple of places to sit. This will allow for a discrete transaction.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

The job as hostess goes a bit beyond opening your home and offering good cheer. Try to keep people focused on the jewelry, even though side conversations are taking place. Staying near the jewelry and keeping the conversation around that area will help people stay nearby. It is not necessary to actively sell the product, but do what you can to prevent setting the sales associate afloat on a social iceberg. Some not-too-loud upbeat music can help with the mood, just as with any party.

DOOR PRIZE SUGGESTION

Often during the stand-up presentation of the company and the jewelry, the sales associate will offer a door prize as an ice breaker. As a good hostess, having a small non-perishable item in hand in case of a mishap will be gratefully appreciated by the sales rep as well as the guest. I attended a party where the chocolate door prize had melted on an unseasonably warm day. The sales rep did recover quickly with a polishing cloth to give instead, however, the hostess might want to consider having a back up item on hand, such as a small packet of tea or coffee, or a small bottle of hand lotion.

All in all, a little planning and logistics considerations will earn sparkling rewards from robust jewelry sales.

TIPS FOR THE SALES ASSOCIATE

Trust - make sure the line you are carrying offers a no-hassle guarantee.

Show up on time. Do not overstay your visit.

Have more than one mirror.

Have a flexible display plan to fit into the many different scenarios you will be encountering. Keep it simple so you can set up and dismantle in a short period of time.

Tastefully wear some of the jewelry from your product line.

Dress neatly. Do not wear perfume; many people have allergies, and perfume can aggravate them.

Keep your presentation short and to the point.

Try to offer a few items on cash & carry basis for those who don’t want to wait for an order to arrive. This may mean having to stock a small amount of inventory, but if they are moderately priced, best-selling items, then you won’t be holding it for long.

Bring a folding table of your own to insure you will have adequate display space.

Bring a lamp so you can be sure to have enough lighting in just the right spot. Perhaps a lampshade can be used to hang jewelry as well as add light to the room.

Offering ideas for matching sets can multiply sales. Not everyone has a knack for mixing complementary jewelry. If you can make it easy, increased sales will most likely be yours.

Offer an incentive to book a show while at the party. Be sure to reward the hostess for bookings placed at the show.

Confirm the party a day ahead to insure the readiness of your venue.

Are you limited to home shows, or are corporate/workplace venues something you are willing to consider? Working people appreciate the opportunity to shop during their lunch hour. This is especially true for those who are unable to leave their building during breaks. The medical community and schools are two examples of this.

TIPS FOR THE JEWELRY MAKER

Construct your jewelry well enough so you can confidently offer a no-hassle guarantee.

If your jewelry is not one-of-a-kind, consider offering some limited edition pieces. Your customers want to buy something special, even it costs a dollar or two more.

Be sure to offer the token easily affordable jewelry item. Ideally you would design one piece in each category you make.

Buy your components from reliable vendors. You want to sell as many of your popular items as you can. A reliable source of supply can provide components when you need them.

Get to know your sales associates. You want to be sure of who is representing your company, and they will appreciate knowing their principal.

Keep your packaging simple and attractive. Stock boxes with a customized hot-stamped logo or name label is adequate.

If you have a catalog, show the images actual size and easy to see.

Make sure your pricing formula insures that hostesses are well-compensated for their time.

Consider offering fundraising program options. Non-profit organizations everywhere need time-saving opportunities to raise capital for their programs.

Be sure to thank your hostess after their home show. Through your sales associate you have been a guest in their home.

Soul Satisfying Sex

Thursday, March 20th, 2008

Any activity that is soul-satisfying is something that nurtures our soul, makes us feel whole, complete, satisfied, euphoric, deeply connected with the universe, God, or whatever your spiritual connections. So, soul-satisfying sex is sex that provides us with these wonderful feelings. Soul-satisfying sex can only occur with people we are connected to emotionally, intellectually, physically and spiritually. This includes our connections to ourselves.

If you are connected to your lover on all these levels then the more satisfying the sex will be. Sure we can have good sex with someone we are only attracted to on a physical level, but that is not fulfilling for us spiritually. It will only satisfy us physically and leave us empty emotionally and spiritually. We usually feel like we are missing something in our life and unfulfilled. The thing we are missing is deep connections to another person and soul satisfaction.

The deeper our connections with the person we are having sex with, the more exciting, satisfying and ecstatic our sex will be. You will experience sex that takes you to a higher level of consciousness and cements you to your lover. Not only will you have a physical orgasm, but you will have a body, mind and spirit orgasm, which is an orgasm like no other. You will experience total euphoria, complete bliss and heights of passion like you never experienced before. Penetration becomes a union of the souls. The ultimate spiritual high is achieved when engaging in soul-satisfying sex.

Deep connections with other people may be very frightening. It means we can be hurt and we may be afraid to expose our true selves to others. Thus hopping from partner to partner can become an easy way to avoid intimacy and the risk of being hurt, but ultimately what happens when doing this is that you short change yourself from experiencing the deepest, most passionate, mind blowing sex one can find as well as profound complete satisfaction and fulfillment emotionally, physically, and spiritually. You will prevent yourself from reaching your highest potential as a sexual human being.

Another component of soul-satisfying sex is communication. In order to really connect with another we need to communicate. In order to communicate we need to have some type of a relationship. The more we get to know someone the more we share of ourselves. Great sex requires communication. Most of us find it difficult to communicate intimately with a stranger. We need to foster a relationship before we communicate too much. Therefore the deeper our connections with our lover the freer we will be to communicate our desires, needs, wants, fantasies etc.

Thus, the more two lovers understand each other the better they will be able to satisfy one another. The more we communicate the better the sex will be and the connection will deepen. The deeper the connection the more we will communicate. Thus it becomes reciprocal with each feeding the other. The greater the intimacy, the better the sex and this will create bonds so intense that desires for each other and desire and willingness to please each other will be raging.

One of the most wonderful aspects about soul-satisfying sex is that it has no limits. When two people continue to deepen their intimacy, connections and bonds to one another they can always reach a new height of ecstasy that was not reached before.
